The Oyla online store (try-oyla.com) is operated by HECSET SRL, a company registered in Belgium, registered office Fagnet 94, 4480 Engis, Belgium, VAT number BE1040800793 ("Oyla", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The store runs on Shopify. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen and packaging may change. Product information is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace the advice of a doctor. Always read the label, warnings and directions before use, and stop using a product if you have a reaction.
Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from US dollars. In the United Kingdom and Australia, prices include VAT or GST. In the United States and Canada, applicable taxes are added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if your address is outside our shipping area. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Discount codes and offers are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
If you post a review or send us content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and lawful. You allow us to display it on our store and marketing channels, with your first name and last initial. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not remove negative reviews for being negative.
If you sign up for marketing text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.
All content of this website (name, logo, texts, images, videos, design) belongs to HECSET SRL or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Before any claim, please contact us at support@try-oyla.com: most issues are solved quickly by email.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
